Obituary
William Francis Carter, 83, of Manassas, Virginia, passed on March 1, 2017, at his residence. He was born on November 15, 1933.
William is survived by two sons: William F. Carter, Jr. of Front Royal, Virginia, William A. Carter of Manassas, Virginia; five daughters: Bernice McDaniel of Baltimore, Maryland, Margaret Jett of Front Royal, Virginia, Glenda Edmonds of Upper Marlboro, Maryland, Susan Grigsby of Washington, Virginia, Kayla Phillips of Manassas, Virginia; one sister: Estelle Butler of Washington, Virginia; 8 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren. One son, Michael Wayne Carter preceded him in death.
Family will receive friends on Friday, March 10, 2017, from 10 am until 12pm with funeral services starting at 12 pm at Faith Christian Church, 6472 Duhollow Road, Warrenton, Virginia, 20187. Rev. Forrest Freeman will deliver the eulogy.
Interment will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Washington, Virginia.
